We actually had a mistake made with rooms and when we approached the front desk about it they immediately fixed the situation and even gave us another free stay to use in the future. "Perfect location. Loved the room, even nicer than the pictures. Paul came to ensure our check in went fine and explain the heating.... automatic fireplace was great. Only sorry we missed the breakfast as we left early the day the Pantry opened 😕. Wet rainy walk to Moss Glen Falls may have been the best part but we definitely enjoyed exploring Vermont!"
