"Overall the experience was excellent. Book the house out for a group of friends and I to stay as we all explored activities in the area. Facilities were good and the house was in great condition for us upon arrival. "It’s attached to the Mailbox Birmingham, including the parking beneath, so makes it convenient when driving there and close to almost everything great with the Birmingham city centre. Great service by the warm and friendly staff and liked that there was outdoor seating (limited) at the front with a view to some of the city. Great for that ice cold pint of beer!! :-) If and when I’m back in Birmingham, probably my first choice or among my preferred choices. Ah, Malmaison are also a pet friendly establishment too, if this helps. "
