"We really enjoyed staying here. Comfy and very clean. Great to have a kitchenette and the balcony. There is someething wron gwith air conditioner that needs to be addressed. That was our only disappointment in our stay. At 4 am it quit working each morni ng and woke us up hot. Didnt know how to report ..."

"The properties were nice, the tents were a little to close together for complete privacy. Kids will be kids for sure but we could hear them screaming and running up and down the road right by our tent at 7am in the morning... All in all a great place for convenience to down town Hot Springs"
