"Very private! Loved having our own individual hot tub. Staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. Room was sparsely furnished, could have used another luggage stand to prevent having to put bags on the floor. Closet/storage was a little tight also. Loved the unique setting and close proximity to Main Street."

"Andrea was absolutely amazing. From booking through checkout, she was responsive, kind, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great stay. We did experience an unexpected issue with the RV alarm, but she stayed with us through the troubleshooting process and even refunded us for one full night. That level of customer service is rare and truly appreciated. The camper was clean, organized, well stocked (thank you for the complimentary champagne!), and provided the perfect romantic getaway. It felt peaceful and secluded while still being just minutes from downtown Fredericksburg. We loved the clean hot tub with strong jets, the outdoor shower with great water pressure, and the easy check-in/check-out process. There was also a full four-burner gas grill available. A few minor suggestions: the Wi-Fi can be a little spotty, the bed in Unit 15 slopes slightly toward the wall, taller guests (I'm 6'1") will probably prefer the outdoor shower, and the hot water gets very hot, so use caution. None of these minor items took away from an excellent stay. Andrea's hospitality made all the difference, and we would absolutely stay at ParcBlu again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique, relaxing RV getaway near Fredericksburg. Five stars!"
