"Very clean room. Staff courteous and pleasant. No dining area so went to Tim Horton’s. Did not require parking. I wouldn’t recommend hotel because of its location for women travelling alone. The area is undesirable."

"We very much enjoyed our stay at Victoria Inn Hotel in Winnipeg. Our room was excellent (Premium King), clean with everything we needed for our stay, including fridge, microwave, and coffee maker with supplies. The location near the airport was perfect for our needs, with lots of available free parking. We found the hotel to be quiet and well-managed. One minor flaw we found was the elevator in our section was slow and often busy, so sometimes there was a wait for that. We were coming and going quite a bit, so that was a minor inconvenience. Also we found the TV didn't offer much selection, especially if you like to watch movies (unless we missed some features in the TV options?), but we didn't spend much time watching anyway. The area around the hotel links easily to major routes and there is plenty of shopping, restaurants, and activities within an easy drive. However there are no nice walks/parks/trails in the immediate area of the hotel if you are looking for that. It is very much an industrial/commercial/hotel area. We did not use the pool, hot tub, gym or in-hotel restaurant, so can't comment about those. All-in-all we found this hotel excellent for our needs, at a great price, and we would definitely stay there again."
