"My wife and I stayed in a two queen room one weekend and in a king room the weekend after (multiple days). Both rooms were modern, clean and roomy, especially the king. The hallways and common areas were bright and clean. The pool was a good size but the water was little cool (as are most hotel pools) but the hot tub was just right. The breakfast room was large and the breakfast was one of the better ones we have had. Great selection besides the hot items. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. Has an issue with the wi-fi in our room and the front desk attendant dropped everything and worked on the problem until it was resolved. I was very impressed with the commitment to make our stay the best it could be. Cookies at the front desk all day. The lobby was large with lots of seating. The hotel was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at in our many years of travelling. We paid a budget price but the hotel the outperformed more expensive options out there. In a safe area of town. A bonus was an attached Ricky's All Day Grille. The food was good and reasonably priced. Again, the customer service was over the top. Can't say enough good things about this hotel and the staff."

"There was really nothing I liked about this location. The rooms were very small. There was electric cords hanging down the wall. The heat was on and the room was so hot. There was no ice. Had to walk across the hiway to get some. Lamp in the room did not work.Breakfast was stale bread that was for toast. Tiny little 2 bite brownies. Yogurt and cereal. The outside was in terrible shape. Broken concrete everywhere. The staircase outside was scary to use. The only good about this place happened when we wanted to be upgraded to inside rooms. And took some doing. The manager did not to move us inside. We finally got inside rooms. They were much nicer but the heat was still on. We had to each pay an extra price for the new room. All in this place is really not staying at. Would not recommend it at all."
