"Nice staff, next to the water, breakfast buffet are the best with the exquisite design restaurant and lobby, able to use free coffee and tea machine either in lobby and restaurant all day and night, find it so convenient. We like the hotel."
"The room and hotel were clean and updated. The staff was friendly and helpful. There were some rooms without tv's so if you want one be sure and specify."
"The bathroom door didn’t close.
There was insulation from inside the door? on the floor..
No tea or coffee provided, 1 disposable cup.
I have stayed here before and it was much better."
"We eventually ended up with a stunning cabin but were made to fight for it. We were initially given a cabin with absolutely no view and only after repeated back and forth with showing them the booking with pictures did they give us the right cabin. This wasted a lot of time which we were short on.
So be aware that there are cabins with poor views and if you get this then this place is a waste of time. Else it could be spectacular. "
"Traveled with my daughter to Svolvær. We had a balcony room which I would say is a must, far better to be able to relax above the water and watch the boats go by than to look over a parking lot. The room and en suite were both comfortable and spacious enough that the two of us did not feel cramped. I would love to know what the mattresses were made of. Throughout Norway all of them were the same three inch thick material but immensely comfortable. Seemed like a very green choice. The staff was welcoming and helpful during check in and out and any time we had a question. We ate the breakfast buffet once, it had extensive fresh and delicious choices, well worth the price. Overall A+ accomidations."
