"The front desk staff treated me as though I were an inconvenience. There were no smiles, and the interaction felt like I was asking for a favor rather than receiving basic customer service. Towels and pool noodles were provided by the hotel. I don’t think the pool was heated which didn’t bother my granddaughter in the least but us older folks found it too chilly to completely enjoy. "The room seem to be hurriedly cleaned if you can call it cleaned. The coffee maker still had the coffee filter from the last guest in the coffee maker. There was only one paper cup in the room for 2 guests. The bathtub was so stained it looked like it had not been cleaned. "I will most definitely be staying here again. I really enjoyed my stay and wished this trip was longer. First off the breakfast was amazing. My kids really enjoyed the food. Secondly the pool was the highlight of my kids trip. They wanted to be in there the minute it opened at 10am. Staff was very kind and courteous. Lori was awesome and (I forgot his name) he’s Jamaican and he helped cleaning the pool was very kind. I’ll definitely be back here for a longer stay."
