"On Sunday 23rd August, I arrived with my daughter and granddaughter to the property, I had booked the cottage for them, as we live in the village and they were coming to visit us from Kent. We were greeted by overflowing rubbish bins with flies and an awful smell, which was just to the left of the front door, we entered the property and were hit by a smell of cooking grease and rubbish. "Communication regarding check-in was good. Tom's barn was as beautiful as in the pictures. Lovely and spacious, very clean throughout. Milk, scones, homemade jam and cream on arrival, felt very spoilt. Outside seating area perfect for listening to the birds. Fixtures and fittings in the barn excellent quality.
Thoroughly recommend for a Somerset adventure and trips to West Bay and Lyme Regis."

"The cottage is a beautiful place in a quite and peaceful locations , the cottage is clean and nicely styled . Ideal for family and business use .
The owners are always on hand to help and only a phone call away .

"Decent property for a single night stay with a family. Hard to find in the dark and no parking, though on-street parking and car parks are available locally.
Three bedrooms with a small kitchen and wet room. Nowhere specific to eat as a family but small tables in each room were fine.
Had to phone on the day to get the key code. This could be made more obvious - or the owner could communicate more proactively. "
