"Simply tragic: The kitchen smelled of gas from the cookstove (don't light a candle there!). Traffic along the main road made it impossible to sleep at night (trucks, etc.). The shower was more like a garden sprinkler way past its expiration date. Internet was non-existent. The heat in the apartment was coming and going at random times, making it impossible to maintain a constant temperature. The check-in link did not arrive on time. The bed was not flat. However, much cheaper than other...

"Everything went well, but the cleaning cost seems a bit high and at no point during the booking process I was aware of it. It came as a surprise after booking was confirmed. I felt that this is a bit dishonest and just a money grab! "

"The place was great! Location was perfect to Bran castle. The place was very comfortable and the service was exceptional. The ac was broken but with the windows opened it was cool enough. The village there was so quaint. Worth the visit. Great hotel, would definitely stay there again and highly recommend. "

"I first came to this property eight years ago, and it is wonderful to see that the quality has not diminished one bit. The staff are just as friendly as I remember. Radu and his wife are doing a terrific job — taking care of the property, managing everything with such care and professionalism. Radu is not only an excellent host but also an incredible human being, and the same can be said about his exceptional staff. We would happily come and stay here anytime, and we truly hope to return soon. Highly, highly recommend — what a gem! "
