"We fell in love with this resort and will be recommending it to everyone we know! It was our kids’ birthdays and the staff went above and beyond, they decorated the room for us so when our little ones arrived they were so surprised. "Stayed at this hotel last November and now. Nice hotel but it would be great if they could take wet towels and bring fresh towels each day without having to ask. Our shower did not have a door or curtain so water was almost all over the bathroom floor and we need to put our towels down."

"The hotel and the room we were given have seen better days.
We ended up in a room at the far end of the hotel which was overlooking a parking garage under construction.
The room was spacious but the bathroom was very outdated. It was also adjacent to a very old and noisy elevator.

"Not a pleasant experience. I booked 2 rooms for my family. The microwave was not working in one room, the pillows were all half size so we could not sleep properly, the breakfast items were not being refilled so a lot of items were out and we were not able to enjoy breakfast and the breakfast host was not at all hospitable. Probably would not be returning to this hotel and not even recommending to my friends."
