It was closed, and I found it out, when I was already in front of the hotel. It was not possible to get in, nobody took my phones. And unfortunately I did not get any information from hotels.com.
Per guard watching over that hotel it was closed 2 months prior to my reservation yet it was still left open on line . Tried called several times but an answering machine answers
Called your online custo.er service who does not know either
Thst is a false advertisement and we had to fi d snother hotel after driving a long trip from Los Angeles
A very inconvenient experience and no one wants to take the responsibility
Bad customer service

ok for a night
great location for concerts and stockton arena, the hotel is ok for a night or two but is getting run down and alot of probs are popping up. pool was closed, dirty carpets, no hand towels , t.v. didnt work!
location wise, it's right in the heart of all the action. you can walk to all the venues and amtrak.
This hotel was horrible it was a king size box spring with a queen-size bed holes all in the wall the tub didn't work the tub was dirty had stains in it had bullet holes in the mirror had a iron stain on the floor the air conditioner was broken this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in in my life and I do not recommend this hotel for anyone ever
We were told when we went to check in that the Hotel was soon to be shut down for a complete remodel. The woman at the desk saw we were reluctant to check in because of the condition of the lobby and offered to show us the rooms first (we had two families). The rooms were no better than okay on first glance, but we had kids and did not want to go looking further. After checking in we found that one room had no towels and the other the sheets had hair and some unidentifiable gunk on them. I went down to the desk and the woman working there (who was very nice, apologetic, and did her very best) told us that the housekeeper had gone home but she would get sheets. It took a long time and two trips down to the lobby because the woman at the desk was checking other people in and could not leave the desk. The kids were not allowed to go to bed because of the condition of the sheets. Finally, she brought up one set of sheets that were the wrong size and there were two beds. She got another set (neither sheet was fitted) and my daughters made their own beds. There were other issues like no phone in one room, no working smoke detector in the other, etc. The staff did their very best but the hotel should not have been renting rooms.
STAFF WAS GREAT, DOOR TO ROOM HAD NO LOCK AND THE HEATER WAS NOT WORKING. THE ROOM ALSO HAD A BAD SMELL TO IT.

Stockton Surprises
First of all, disappointed when the plan viewing of the Gonzaga game in the NCAA tournament was not possible since the tv did not get the TBS channel, even though the printed guide for channels indicated that it did. Also, we were troubled by the evident damage to the door to the room. We did not notice until the next morning that the strike plate on the door was missing altogether and there was no additional security hardware other than the handle and dead bolt combination. Anyone with a desire to get in could do so, in my judgment. The advertised continental breakfast was basically nonexistent. There were a few slices of white bread, an container of juice with about a quarter inch of juice in the bottom, two styrofoam cups and bowls, a little bit of milk, some cold cereal. A disappointment. The young man at the front desk when we arrived was very helpful. The young woman at the front desk when we were leaving, not so much.
The hotel is very close to the downtown area, which might explain some of the issues, but if you do not appreciate druggies with blood stained eyes slamming on your room door at night, better look elsewhere. There were constant police and ambulance sirens through the night. The hotel was very cheap, so you get what you pay for, I guess.
The picture is misleading. This place is horriblefrom top to bottom. Dirty rooms, no amentities, what breakfast as for cable and wifi good luck. Stay somewhere else
The location was fine. The employee at check in was fine. The facility was horrible. My wife, daughter and I paid for a "suite" with Queen bed and pull out couch bed. The pull out couch bed was stained torn and came with no sheets. Too tired to deal with it the three of us slept in one bed. The toilet seat was broken and ther was no TP holder. The shower curtain and bathroom floor were stained. The safety security latch inside the door was broken off so we placed an end table in front of the door. There was obvious visible dust and dirt in all corners. The continental breakfast area looked like room 1 converted to a breakfast nook. We didn't feel comfortable eating anything. Middle of night awakened by numerous motorcycles outside and ambulance outside in lot or next door.
Out of 8-9 wifis NONE WORKED properly!! That was annoying. Had to stand in different areas in the room for it to work for a good 3 mins. Huge hole in the ceiling near the sink. Definitely needs some work done. But staff was helpful.
When we arrived we noticed it was close to the arena and across the street from the marina and then we got into the room. The room looks like it should have been condemned. There are holes in the carpet hole in the sink, and there was a giant panel missing outside of the bathroom in the ceiling. The television in the room was easily from the 1980s and the reception was terrible. The room smelled weird. Like old musty disgusting rot. We only stayed because we were from out of town and unfamiliar with the area as well as we had tickets to an event so we didn't have time to change hotels. I would definitely say the two star rating is extremely generous and I would recommend anyone and everyone stay in their cars before staying in this hotel.
This was the most horrendous stay at a hotel I’ve ever had. This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel, and I thought they would have improved on the last time I stayed, and boy was I wrong. It was dirty, it smelled, the tv had 3 channels, and the remote didn’t even work for the TV. Even the soap and lotion was dirty. The agent at the desk seemed unphased by the condition of the room. I checked out after only 2 hours there. I was supposed to receive a refund that never came. I’ll never stay here again!!!! Worst stay I’ve ever had. I don’t recommend it.
