" 初めてのヨーロッパ、初めての一人旅で利用しました。フロントの方は全員笑顔で迎えてくださり、とても安心しました。朝清掃の方とすれ違う時にも笑顔で挨拶してくださり、とても気持ちが良かったです。部屋の清掃は3日に1度ですが、前日22時までにお願いすれば毎日清掃してくれます。キッチン下に洗濯乾燥機がついており、洗濯洗剤が1回分部屋に置いてあります。何度か洗濯するようなら持って行くのがおすすめです。駅から10分ほど歩きますが、21時くらいまで街は明るいので特に危険を感じる瞬間はありませんでした。ホテル裏にSKYLINEPLAZAというショッピングモールがあり、食事、買い物、お土産購入など、困ることはありませんでした。フランクフルトに行くことがまたあれば、絶対にまた泊まりたいと思います。ありがとうございました。"

"While I only stayed here for one night, these mini apartments would be excellent for a long-term stay too. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was quiet. The kitchen is fully equipped. Key for me is always the hairdryer, which was excellent! I didn’t check in until midnight because our train into Frankfurt was late, but we were quickly met by security and given our room key. In the morning, the two women at the front desk were super friendly and gave me great suggestions for walking into...

"Todo excelente y muy bonito y completo y accesible para las zonas turísticas lo único que podría sugerir que para los huéspedes con estancias largas como en mi caso 5 días coloquen insumos extras necesarios para cubrir la estancia como papel higiénico jabón de platos ya que fue difícil conseguirlo y tuve que proporcionarmelos por mi propios medios "

"What a cute little apartment. The bed was comfortable, the shower was luxurious. Close to the train station and a short walk to the Altstadt and Städel. The staff was amazing and helpful. I would definitely stay here again."

"Overall it was good experience. But there is no reception. Check in was terrible. Waiting lot of time infront of the front door, then again lot time infront of the room door. Finally after Al transfer me to the supporting team the issue was resolved. "

"Quarto limpo, arrumado, organizado. Sofá cama grande e confortável. Fica muito próximo à estação de trem e é perto de muitos comércios. Se andar um pouquinho, chega-se a euro tower e ao centro histórico. A rua do edifício é um pouco estranha, mas ninguém nos abordou em momento algum. Muito policiado."

"A localização é muito boa pois está ao lado da estação de trem. porém como toda região central, a noite, vemos muitas pessoas na rua, consumindo bebidas e drogas... e o hotel está numa marquise onde pessoas de rua costumam se abrigar a noite. O acesso por senha pra entrar foi bem fácil, tem um mercado ao lado, o quarto é bem confortável. Cama boa, chuveiro bom. Realmente atendeu nossas expectativas. A área é bem barulhenta e a noite toda ouvimos sirene de ambulância. "

Surrounded not pleasant

"Location and overall hotel was fine . No complained 👍 But surrounding were not pleasant . Moving with all the time very mindful with your belonging . Hotel situated at the main bus station , nightmare with noise in early morning and voices around . Nothing in the room except shower gel and shampooo , towel . That’s all "
