Stayed here for a couple of nights for a concert at the venue over the road, so super convenient. Staff were nice, breakfast was good. The room was small, and the bathroom tiny, but all perfectly functional.

All in all, it was a nice hotel, the beds were comfortable and good environment. However, one of the rooms had a bad odor from the bathroom. In the other room, I found a razor part on the shower, didn’t seem like they cleaned all the way. Lastly, we asked and were granted late checkout (an hour extension) but the cleaning staff kept coming into one of the room since 8 am trying to start cleaning. Checkout starts at 12 pm, that’s ridiculous that they start annoying people and opening doors without even knocking. For the other room, they knocked but still it’s very annoying apart from the fact that they extended the checkout time until 1 pm. We left before 1 pm, not sure I would stay there again.

Perfect location for stockholm holiday
Stayed 4 nights with family. Location is great, eady to get too, beds are comfortable and hotel is clean. Breakfast has something for everyone and was delicious. Staff were lovely. We look forward to coming back

The hotel was in a great location within Sodermalm and had great access to the metro. The room itself was clean and nice, a bit tight, but fine for two people. The only complaint was the bar beneath the hotel rooms was very loud until about 3 a.m. on weekends.

We had a great 4 day stay at this hotel. Could not fault it. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was unbelievable. The choice you had was superb. Convenient for the metro. Excellent all round.

Centre location, closed to all the restaurants, bars, transits and shopping. Even if choose to walk to other areas. You have to request for the house keeping the day before. There is a nice gym, breakfast is awesome. Fresh variety of food. The room is plain but it service the purpose.

I enjoyed my stay here very much. First time traveler to Stockholm and everything was within a 30 minute walk. Staff was very nice. Breakfast buffet was more than I expected. Room service was prompt and affordable

After showering the floor would be soaked so you had to make sure you didn’t need to use the bathroom again after unless you wanted wet feet. Annoyingly bright lights from thermostat and keycard holder left the room constantly light at night

Great location but tiny room.
The hotel is in a great location- very easy to walk into Gamla Stan. The room was tiny and initially we could not find the second quilt. It was clean. More fresh fruit at breakfast would be good- excellent staff at breakfast!

Convenient & Accessible
We love the area as it is convenient to attractions, station, bus stops, shops etc. The room is smaller than expected for a family. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which is a bonus. We got stucked in the lift and the staff was really helpful & apologetic, and had a plate of fruits in our room when we got back as a gesture of good will. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and had good night sleep.

Location is great for subway access. More amenities (pool and/or spa, and even something simple like having refrigerators in rooms) would be a welcome addition. The included breakfast had a decent selection of foods. Having to make reservations for breakfast every day was OK unless you have a busy day and don't get back to the hotel before 11pm and therefore can't reserve your breakfast time slot for the next morning. Sure, you can schedule mutiple days, but not everyone wants to punch a clock on vacation. Lots of street noise at night - loud cars and motorcycles. Kept us awake for many additional hours on several nights during our stay. Not sure what's going on in the streets of Södermalm late at night but it sounded like a racetrack. Beds are not the most comfortable, rather thin and dense mattress feels more like sleeping on a futon than a bed. Staff were friendly and curteous. All in all, it's just an OK place. No frills, good location for getting around by rail.

Decent if weather is not too warm
Nice enough hotel, friendly staff. Unfortunately not suitable for a summer stay as there is no air conditioning and the rooms get very hot and windows do not open. Breakfast is okay, very simple selection.

Loud and not clean
The location of the hotel is convenient and the breakfast was good, but that was about it. The staff was not the most friendly, especially the check-in desk. The room did not feel very clean. The hallways are very dated, and it is very loud. Would probably try to stay else where next visit to Stockholm.
