It is a convenient option to stay in a more residential part of Stockholm. Rooms are small, sels serice check in. I just neede a place to sleep so it worked.

Christmas Stay
The hotel had all the things we needed for a comfortable stay. Even a mini dishwasher! It was within walking distance of our daughter’s home so we were able to easily see our new grandson. It’s also not far from the metro and bus to get around the city. Nice and quiet and we saw deer from our room’s window, which was a bonus.

Looks can be deceiving
First impressions from the outside are deceptive ie it looks a bit of a dive However, looks are deceiving Staff super friendly Room clean, if wanted could prepare a meal in microwave, plates, cutlery etc Desk to sit at to do work if want Free laundry facilities Only 5 minute walk to train into Old Town Perfect Has parking which was very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend and we will be staying again Didnt have breakfast there as discovered a beautiful bakery just down the road, but the breakfast did look nice -

Spacious and neat rooms!
Wonderful hotel! We stayed here for 3 nights. Rooms are loft style - there’s a staircase to go upstairs where there’s a bed and sofa bed, depending on your room type. Rooms are clean and spacious, bathrooms are large, and staff is very friendly. We rented 3 rooms. I highly recommend and would stay here again if I return to Stockholm.

On top of the staff being remarkably passive and rude, the cleanliness of the room was subpar at best. My sheets were stained and there was quite an odor in the bathroom when I arrived. On arrival, I had a just completed a long day of traveling and I needed a shower. I got right to my room and hoped in the shower. Much to my dismay, the cleaning staff had forgotten to check the hair and body wash, which was empty on my arrival. While I understand this is a budget hotel, many aspects of the stay were unpleasant to say the least. The location is fine and the option to do laundry is impressive. Unfortunately the positives of my stay here ends there. You would be much better off spending a little more money at a respectable hotel.

Det var farligt med isgata runt om hela hotellet. Verkar som dem inte bryr sig om gästerna kommer hela till sina rum. Synd🙁

Ett prisvärt hotell
Jag letade efter ett hotell där man kan fixa lite egen mat eftersom jag har en del problem med att äta och dricka efter operationer i munnen. Dessutom ville jag ha bra kommunikationer till Avicii Arena. Jag hittade Avanti Hotel och det var perfekt för mina behov. Städning, skick, kök mm var jättebra. En visp bland köksredskapen vore dock bra att ha. Möjligen var det lite kallt på rummet också. Som en sammanfattning kan man säga att det är ett mycket prisvärt hotell som passar mina behov. Det blir sannolikt fler besök vid evenemang i Globen-området.

Fanns vad man behövde, allt var ok. Liten nackdel för oss som var två var att dubbelsängen (som i sig inte var dålig) var inpassad i ett trångt utrymme, så man kom bara upp i sängen från ena långsida, dvs den som låg längst in fick krypa över den andra för att komma ur sängen.

Normally good, midnight cleaning disturbed sleep
Stay here quite often, normally good but this time there were some people cleaning in the middle of the night (1-3AM), which made sleeping very hard.

Prisvärt och fräscht
Ett nyrenoverat och fräscht hotell. Enkel standard men fin service och man saknade ingenting. Det finns bra mat, bar, kaffe och bakverk på hotellet och gångavstånd till flera bra restauranger. Enligt mig södra Stockholms mest prisvärda hotell.

Fungerar fint om du bara behöver en plats för övernattning. Sängen var hårdare än hotellsängar brukar vara. Golvet var smuttsigt men i övrigt var det välstädat och rummet var fint.
