Very good communal area and clean. Check in is swift and easy ring buzzer and have a envelope waiting for you upstairs through the secured coded door. Great location 2 minute walk to metro and ferry 5 minute walk highly recommend

The room was located INSIDE the shared bathroom. I mean, you must cross the bathroom to get it. Terrible.

Simply the best
The Hostel was so centrally locates that one could walk to most of the places . The old town has best restaurants to eat .

The property is situated in the heart of Old Town Gamla Stan.It is about 5 minutes from the nearest train station. It is in an old building which means that you have to carry your suitcase up a long flight of stairs. The rooms are warm. The kitchen has a microwave, kettle and fridge, and tables to sit at. The lady at the front office is very helpful.

Twin room small but good value.
Our twin room was ready just after 10.am so no problem booking in early. Room, bedding and bathrooms all very clean. Close to restaurants, supermarket and station. Thought it was a great place to stay in the old town.

Ideal location, for seeing Stockholm. Staff at Hotel friendly and helpful. Found the kitchen useful, to prepare breakfast and snacks. Not far to walk from Central station.

In the heart of the Stockholm city
I have been in this hostel for four nights and it was nice and quiet. I recommend this hostel as it is situated in central Stockholm, close to tube station. The staff were very friendly and they gave me details about how to use the amenities and reach some places around the city . It’s also a good value for money .

Staff was so informative since it’s my first time to be in europe. Room was fine, clean. The only thing was the shower was on the head part only so i had a hard time cleaning my bums. But overall, it is recommendable place to stay

Just adequate,really needs better customer service
The facilities are fine , especially what you pay for , they do not however explicitly speak on their policy on bed linen where its not included and you have to pay for linen and towels, which is a silly policy really. The staff are not good , especially the young lady who checked me in during the daytime , quite rude and moody. Personally i wouldn't recommend it but if you want cheap and convenient it just may suffice.

The place charges you for sheets and pillowcases but will not tell you on the website, you need to purchase it there or you will be fined. Was promised a room that would only have 3 other hostile beds but my room had 6 individuals instead.

Clean, basic hostel in old town
Not too social of a hostel but good for adjusting to jet lag, having a quiet atmosphere. Quiet, tidy, helpful staff. Kitchen area was on second floor and difficult to find but helpful once the staff helped me locate it. There are better, but I would still recommend this place.

Excellent location!
The place couldn't be in a better location. Right in the middle of Gamla Stan. It's a bit outdated, but if you are not fussy, this is the perfect spot. The staff member we saw, was really nice. They are only there for a few hours during the day. it has a common kitchen with microwave (not stove) and a fridge were you can keep your food. Very quiet at night. Guests of all ages. Everyone seemed to be VERY respectful.

Great place in central Stockholm
We arrived and we're greeted by friendly hostel staff, shown to our room - basic but really clean and tidy. Showers and bathrooms were again immaculate. Kitchen was a little limited but again very clean and tidy. Great place over all

Excellent location and friendly staff. Clean.
Very easy to walk to from Central Station if tou take the bus from the airport. 24/7 door codes are quite convenient. Kitchen and bathrooms are exceptional. For the price, convenience to Soder and Normlmalm and atmosphere, it's about the best deal for a budget traveller.

When you book the cheapest hostel in Stockholm I don't think you expect to be waited on hand and foot... Everything was great value for money and the location especially is really great.

Central Old Town
Ok, it's a hostel but a good hostel...convenient, reasonable and really well run. There is no present staff, they come in part of the day, cleaning, answering questions etc. Otherwise, they are a buzz or call away. The place is not big, on the second floor in the center of Old Town. It is very quiet, mostly young people and we are not. The neighborhood is a little noisy but we keep the window open. We liked it and would stay again.

Cheap and cheerful in a great location..
in the heart of pretty Gamla stan, its the PERFECT location for Stockholm. Walking distance to all the bars in trendy Soder, to the clubs in Oster and even a small very handy late opening (till 10pm) grocery store just around the corner. it IS a hostel and NOT 24 hours. There are rooms near the toilets (avoid rooms 110 onwards.)the beds are comfy and the rooms are tiny but given the prices of hotel in Stockholm ..this will do.

Good location
Nice warm hostel, with decent lodging and pricing with good location. Hostel staff is a bit unfriendly, and would not let me in the door at first despite having a reservation.

Worst hotel attendant I've met!
The front desk clerk will not help me contact the U.S. Embassy and the police after I was victimized by pickpockets shortly after I dropped off my luggage. Hotel clerk pretty much told me I was on my own since the hostel has full wifi connections. Did'n help me call the police or help me with direction to the nearest police station. Hotel clerk was openly hostile.

Threatening vibe but great location
Amazing location - right in the heart of Gamla Stan (Old Town) and easy access to everything. The hostel is located in an old building and hasn't been renovated in quite a while. LOTS of stairs to get in and no lift, so suitcases are a struggle. Room was fine - we had 3 people and the private room had 3 single beds. The worst thing about this hostel is the staff and 'feeling' there - everything is incredibly rude/threatening... there is no "welcome!"... it's ALL worded "if you don't... we will charge you". Must bring your own sheet set (they require bed sheet, dun cover, and pillow case - no sleeping bags). You can rent the set for 65 sek (~8 US dollars) per day, but they say that if you don't use the proper set, they will charge you 1000 sek (~130 US dollars)... ridiculous! The posters all say that they will randomly check your room to ensure proper sheets 3 times during your stay... please! We checked in late (~10pm) and just spoke to someone over the phone, and then checked out early (~7am) and dropped the key in the key drop, never saw a staff in person. Again, it was a great location and a quiet, private room but definitely the most unwelcoming hostel i've stayed in. There are much better hostels for same price in Gamla Stan that I would recommend (Old Town Lodge was our favorite).

Helpful staff is on duty at all times and from 9 am everyday at the service desk. Kitchen and common areas is located on second floor.

Got the worst room at the hostel, our closest neighbor was the shared bathroom-toilet We were also forced to buy bed linen, NOT something Hotels.com wrote anything about, we didn't see it anyhow before arrival

Pratar ingen svenska ? Svårt att höra i porttelefonen instruktionen på engelska! Hade uppskattat om den också togs på svenska ! Dubbelrummet ljust och fräscht med 2stora fönster med djup nisch som man kunde använda som extra hylla. Sköna fräscha sängkläderna Perfekt läge i gamla stan med alla uteställen direkt på Nygatan ! Hade önskat bättre städat och koll på t.ex den flytande handtvålen på toaletten. Pappershanddukar saknades ! Blev att man torka händerna med det tunna toapappret !Pris

Trevliga men små rum mitt i gamla stan. Tag med öronproppar då det hörs tydligt upp från Stora Nygatan. Små toaletter och duschrum som kunde vara i bättre skick.
