"Great place to stay in Split. Near Supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Area has a very “local” feel with prices for food and drink in the area being much cheaper than in the old town. "walking distance. My only regret is that a balcony room wasn’t available. We had 3rd and beautiful view of beach/ocean but no balcony. Owner/manager was very pleasant.
