"Rooms are quite dated, but staff were nice, things were clean and the breakfast selection was quite decent. Better lighting in the dining area would make the experience significantly better. It was very dark and gloomy."

"The room was dirty, stains on the chair, floor, the bedside table and small table were both not wiped properly. The room smelled like humid carpets. The AC made a really loud noise so I had to turn it off and was so hot during sleep. The fridge also made a noise and I also had to unplug it. Coffee machine wasnt working in my room and I went down to use the machine in the lobby and it also wasn’t working. I asked the receptionist and he said he will figure it out. He left his shift and never told me anything. His morning colleague just stood there never closing the loop or apologizing for the machine being broken. She was also eating her breakfast while at the reception which just seemed so unprofessional. I would say an absolute disaster and would definitely recommend you find anywhere else for your stay. Dirty, noisy, unsanitary, and nothing works there. Staff are unprofessional and rude."

"It is a pet friendly hotel. However there is so little grass in the surrendering area for dogs to do their business. We were at levev 3 so it very noisy at night time"

"Overall, the stay was decent, but for the price, the Executive Class King room was not nearly as extravagant as expected. The room itself was also smaller than anticipated. The elevators felt quite dated, and the check-in wait was over 10 minutes, which wasn’t a great first impression. The pool and hot tub area were also very dated and smaller than expected. The restaurant was disappointing as well — overpriced for the portion sizes served. Another downside was how thin the windows seemed to be, as downtown traffic noise was very noticeable throughout the night. On the positive side, the valet service was fantastic and easily one of the highlights of the experience. The staff handling valet were professional, quick, and very friendly."
