"Advertised having a pool There was not a pool other than that everything was excellent"

"The room wasn’t clean. It had stains all over the walls and baseboards. The bathroom shower had mold around the bottom of it. There wasn’t a light cover over the bathroom light, and spider webs and dust all over the vent. The ceilings and walls had cracks in them. The bed was awful not even a real mattress. I could barely get the door open it wasn’t opening properly. And outside there were people standing all around the steps blocking use of them. As well as when I left this morning several men standing outside my room drinking alcohol."

"First room they had me check in on the 4th floor smelled like urine. Got a replacement room in the 3rd floor. Nice big rooms. Good breakfast. Good coffee. Nice place. Not great. Staff was not very helpful. Yellow light blinked on my phone and the staff didn’t know how to turn it off. Staff girl locked me out of room at 11:05am even though she approved me for late 12:00 check out. Ignorant lazy staff? Frozen berries at breakfast weren’t thawed out properly."

"Hi, I didn't like that there was no full length mirror in the room. The toilets are very low. Apparently, there was no accessibility room with bars for the toilet area, I was told. I particularly liked that there was a window to open to let in fresh air. I liked the daily cleaning and towel replacement in the room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall a pleasant stay. Thank you"

"This was the most kid-friendly hotel we've ever stayed at. They had a kid's playroom in the lobby and even had kids' cups with lids and bendy straws at breakfast. Obviously they've made an effort to be welcoming to families and to make the stay as comfortable as possible for us."
