"Staying at Kasbah D'If is like stepping into a desert sanctuary. Just 20-23 minutes from the airport and city, it feels worlds away. Peaceful, luxurious, and effortlessly stylish. The traditional architecture blends seamlessly with contemporary touches. Comfortable, serene, and beautifully designed, it’s a perfect escape for anyone seeking calm and elegance."
"Hotel is very run down would say maybe a 3.5*not a 5* as advertised.
Rooms need a lot of attention but too many to list faults.
Food was poor, no labels on anything so you didn’t know what they were or what allergies products they may have in them.
Spent 5 days on chips as even the staff could not tell me what was in the food.
No evening entertainment and nothing close by.
For a 5* accommodation all inclusive this was not good and would not recommend.

"Loved the room with views of mountains and surrounding mountainside neighborhoods. Wonderful breakfast (included in room rate) and lovely dinners (separate charge 120 MAD/meal)."
"Rooms were not clean, dead bugs everywhere and a terrible smell. We made several complains but staff didn’t care at all. Everything is outdated and needs a renovation. Staff of restaurant was friendly. If you want to stay in Marrakech please book another hotel if you want to enjoy and not want to worry about those things!"
"The property is beautiful and the rooms decorated so nicely. Abraham was incredible and so attentive our entire 3 day stay. He was definitely the highlight for us. The rest of the staff was fine, but not overly warm or friendly which was a contrast to what we had experienced at other places in Morocco. "
"Hotel is lovely with lots of activities and the recreation team is lovely. They have child activities where u can leave ur kids and enjoy some time alone. House keeping i dnt find very impressive with room bed sheet not changed everyday. Rest of the cleaning was good. Very nice hotel outside Marrakech perfect for families and there tour organiser as well. They are very helpful. "
