"Property very nice, but next to the property outside by parking lot, every day for 3 days we were there , there were homeless, and drug addicts laying in the grass by parking lot, one of them even asked me to call 911 because he OD."

"They had a fire in the detached restaurant/reception venue so that area was looking a little creepy. It is separate from the hotel, so no safety concerns, but they should maintain the gardens and clean its large outside seating area. Overgrown and creepy.
There are big renovations going on in the hotel, so there were workmen and equipment here and there. The hotel is aging, but they are trying to upgrade.
The lobby and breakfast area are new since we visited in the summer of 2025. The...

"Room 301 has a musty smell. Front desk knew about the smell but still sold the room to us and I’m sure other visitors. They said that they have shampoo the carpet but cannot determine where the smell is coming from. Their solution was to try and offer a $20 credit, which I denied and cancelled my entire reservation with them. Front desk also mentioned that it’s only that room and no other rooms in the hotel, supposedly."
