"The atmosphere is very relaxing, and the rooms are clean. The only thing I would like to see improved is the pillows — they are very uncomfortable — and the bedding, which is not natural and feels too warm. Everything else is very good!"

"Staff are so good -- always genuinely welcoming and professional. The rooms and amenities are great -- love the indoor pool (wish there was a hot tub available). Breakfast is always wonderful. Such a restful location. We prefer the river side of the building, but all the rooms are good."
