Very simple (as advertised) but clean and everything we needed. We were there for just a night but my husband plans to book there for his extended stay next month--it's perfect for his needs.
Rooms are simple nothing grand. The full size fridge was nice if you are staying for a while. Rooms with kitchens you have to bring your own plates and utensils. Park for kids is for like toddler age kids. Just very plain. But if you are just looking for a place to sleep it is clean.

Very clean. I would stay again for one night, but not for any more. Kitchenette had Nothing. No soap, no silverware, dishes or pots. Nothing. You had to pay extra for that. No coffee maker! Bed was ok.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Amenities
The place was clean and new and the staff was pleasant. Very few amenities which is fine if you know. Each suite had a kitchenette but no pans or dishes. You had to pay for those if you wanted them. That should be clear on Expedia. I would stay again, now that I know.
The property was very beautiful, very clean room. My complaint would be that were no available TV remote controls for my room. Therefore, I checked in somewhat early, and had nothing to entertain myself from the time approximately 3pm checked into the hotel until the next day when I checked out. There was absolutely no bottle water in any of pay vending machines, only sweet drinks.
Booked 2 rooms for my family. The room I stayed in had a strong odor and uncleaned tub with hair in it, the other room was okay. Check-in was lengthy due to a manager not answering calls to help resolve a booking issue, though the front desk worker handled it professionally. My family received an unwarranted noise complaint around 10pm while quietly getting ready for bed—this was especially frustrating given the construction noise, hearing people talking and TVs blaring through walls, and non-working elevators that we didn’t complain about. The location near shopping was convenient, but given the issues I’ll spend more to stay elsewhere next time and sometimes a low price point isn’t worth it. Would not return.
The overall stay was pretty good there’s only one bad thing, the walls are paper thin, I heard my neighbors snoring, moving chairs, etc… but thats the only bad thing I could say about it
Great facility
Newly redone and everything from rooms, kitchen elevators are top notch.
Only down part is no breakfast but coffee is available.
