"Patrice who welcomed us, was very friendly and nice. Between his poor English and our poor French, we were able to communicate. The accommodation was compact but had all that you needed. The description on Hotels.com, stated it had a coffee shop and restaurant. It definitely does not have either! But it does give you a small kitchen."

"We turned up at the hotel at about six o’clock in the evening. We had booked three days before and I had a confirmation number and everything. When we arrived at the hotel, it was closed. We rang the property on several occasions, but they didn’t pick up the phone. We tried all the doors and it was completely closed up. We contacted Expedia, but they had no idea the hotel was closed. "Great overnight stop just before the Swiss border, this was our third time here. Basic rooms but clean with very comfy beds. Good parking on site, easy to get to once you know where it is, handy right next to a big Autan supermarket and filling station. Wonderful self service breakfast, All fresh with lots of choice, will stay again on our way home. Great value."

"Been on the road for 3 weeks and this was the last night. I can safely say this was the worst by a long way. Corridors smell,!uncomfortable and cold room. Very poor bathroom, very basic breakfast, weak coffee. Evening staff fine, morning miserable. Think walls and noisy doors. Just absolute rubbish. Will not be returning!"
