"Es begann mit einem der umständlichsten Check-Ins die ich jemals erlebt habe und ich habe schon in sehr vielen Hotels übernachtet! Man muss einen Online check in machen, bei dem man wieder bezahlen soll, obwohl alles schon vorab bezahlt war, darum ewige hin- und herschreiberei mit dem Hotel. Dann endlich am Anreisetag ein Link, mit dem man in das Zimmer kommen kann. Muss aber trotzdem noch in einem anderen Link einen Check in machen .... "Wir waren auf der Durchreise und legten hier eine Zwischenübernachtung ein. Sehr nette und freundliche Begrüßung durch die Inhaberin, Zimmer im 2. Stock (leider war der Aufzug defekt), es wurde aber sofort angeboten, beim Gepäck zu helfen, was nicht erforderlich war. Es war eine ruhige und erholsame Nacht mit guten Matrazen. Wir hatten eine Garage in der Hotelnähe mit gebucht (9 Euro/Nacht), was von Vorteil war. Sehr gutes Frühstück ,mit regionalen oder selbst zubereiteten Produkten....

"Nice hotel. Good location. Air conditioning was amazing. The only complaint I had was the parking. The on-site parking was full or if there were spots available they were too small to park in."

"The staff were not as helpful as would be expected. First, at check-in Expedia had booked three rooms under my name, but I had my receipt for two rooms. The staff wanted me to deal with the extra room. I'm not sure how they thought I could cancel a room that I did not book. Plus, I did not want to accidently canel a room I did book. After I refused to do it for them, they listed the third room as a "no show." Second, we asked them to hold our luggage after check-out. They were okay with one bag, but seemed confused when four travelers each had a suitcase. We determined it was easier to only leave one suitcase and put all of our cholate in single bad left, and put the rest our our luggage in our rental car (even though we try not to leave any item of value in the car to avoid theft). These two issues were different staff members, and we never dealt with this type of behavior during the rest of the trip. However, that being said, the hotel was clean. The bar staff were super friendly and helpful."
