"Refrigerator did not work and my food spoiled. I check in online yet had to check in when I arrived and then got a weird call asking if I got my key?"

"The entrance and lobby were lovely and deceptive. The room was mediocre/meh at best. The outside window screen was torn halfway off. Scuffed finishes on furniture that did not match. Low quality bathroom fixtures. Finish on bathroom mirror coming off. Television lacked channels. For the price i paid I expected better."

"We enjoyed our stay. Well appointed, modern remodeled apartment with everything needed. Easy communication with host. Location is convenient to downtown. Regarding neighborhood, a 7.5/10. Walked around neighborhood in daytime a few times and was fine. Bedroom windows do let in some filtered light at night. Didn’t bother us too much but might want sleep mask if it does others. Mattress is foam type but was comfortable and pretty new. Cleanliness was good, really good for kitchen and bath. Did see...

"The hotel is well-located. The staff members were very helpful and nice. The hotel was full during our stay. The breakfast and coffee were very helpful for our busy schedule. The refrigerator and microwave were also helpful. The 11 AM checkout time was helpful. Unfortunately, we had to manually reconnect our phones to the hotel internet service each time we returned, which was frustrating. All in all, we enjoyed and appreciated our stay."

"The breakfast was actually better than most breakfast restaurants when we stayed last weekend. The hostess was amazing as well. The bacon was crispy, eggs nicely done (not watery), cinnamon rolls were fresh and biscuits and gravy were delicious! Even the oatmeal was perfect (not watery gruel.)"

"Our room was superb when it came to cleanliness. Smelled good, fresh bed. Breakfast had wide variety, something for everyone. Staff was easy to find if needed. There was a pool to relax in. Love this place, will be back if traveling through again."
