"Check in was okay. I was put in a handicapped room? I’m not sure why. Breakfast was fine. The tables weren’t cleaned from the previous guests. The lobby was extremely loud with kids playing outside breakfast area."

"The rooms and property look new. The only negative about the room was the low water pressure from the shower head and the tub spigot was very loose. I wish we would have had time to go to the pool but our schedule didn’t allow it. There was a LOT of variety for the breakfast bar but we came at the end and the food was over cooked. They do have a cool pancake maker (no waffles) and Joe (the guy who ran the kitchen) was extremely personable. There was plenty of sitting room. All in all, this was an excellent hotel!"

"Overall good but missing the items that make it great. My room was not ready until well past 5pm, over an hour after check-in time. Didn’t even offer me a credit for a coffee or glass of wine. Shower was not clean enough. The coffee shop on my second morning was closed as the barista had not shown up. No one thought to put self-serve coffee in the lobby so I had to drive off property to Starbucks. Rooms was a great size and parts of the property are very pretty. Honestly, the resort fee given it does not give you access to the spa is a little ridiculous."
