"Room, common areas, and amenities were clean and functional. Breakfast buffet was good quality. However, the shuttle did not go to Zephyr Cove despite the website saying it did. Also, there was no option to connect to streaming services on the TV. Finally, at Landshark Grill the service was quite slow, didn’t get assistance for 10 minutes after sitting down, in fact the manager had to be the one to ask us if we’d been helped yet, and he flagged the hostess to help us.
