Cat & Dog Friendly Hotels in Stateline

"The staff and housekeeping crew were very friendly, everyone at the front desk has been very kind. The breakfast was okay for what we paid. A bit unhappy about the unripe fruit and lack thereof, but there was still a decent variety. I'm not happy about the cleanliness of the buildings themselves. On a Monday we saw a child spill syrup and on Tuesday the spill was still there. The carpets were definitely nasty and we saw quite some bugs, however we know that's not a regular housekeeping task. A cleaning crew for the hallways would go a long way. Our room was pretty clean, but it did have weird red stains/splashes on the ceiling. Even though I'm not in love about the cleanliness of the place, I'd honestly stay again. The bedding was clean, the hot tub fully functional, fridge great, and again very kind and attentive staff!"

"It was really a great stay at Big Pines Mountain House. We loved everything about our stay from check-in to check-out everything went well. We would surely be staying again in future!"

"I booked a room with 2 double beds. They put me in a full 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchen stocked with all necessary equipment and utensils. Considering that I paid what would have been an excellent rate for a regular hotel room, I am quite happy with my experience. The place is also short, pleasant walk to the lake shore. It was an excellent experience overall."

"There is no place to hang clothing. You have to lay clothes on a table that you would normally hang. This is a motel, not a hotel. Far nicer hotels are 200 yards away and only marginally more expensive. Breakfast buffet was not good. Industrial batch of an egg-like substance and fried turkey sausage. On the other hand, the front desk people were great. "

"I cannot speak high enough for The Landing. The views were incredible, absolutely worth every penny. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the food was fantastic! It was a walkable distance from the Heavenly shops and the shuttle was a lifesaver if you needed to go a little beyond walking. "

"Meh. Built for insta photos but small room with mediocre amenities. Feels like a backpackers hostel but costs like an upscale hotel. "
