"A great location - 10 mins from the old town and 5 mins to a tube station. We only used tge tube on one day and walked to everything else. Reception are supposed to be there 7am to 7pm, but seem to wander off! However, they are very speedy to arrive if you WhatsApp or ring the number displayed. It's a small hotel (18 rooms) so that's why there isn't a 24 hour reception. Everything is very new with lovely feather pillows and duvets and a nice bathroom with fluffy towels. Rooms cleaned well...

"easy check in, good information provided, very friendly staff with good English language speaking. Room was very clean and all items worked well. Shower was excellent. Minimal noise from other rooms and hallway which allowed a great few nights sleep. Ideally close enough to the old town centre and all walkable. "

"The room was great! Very cool design, comfortable bed and spacious rooms. We loved the free minibar which got restocked everyday. Check in and building access was really easy. The only negative was the noise from the bars below."

"Everything was great, very close to the old town, area without noise, and the staff very friendly. The room was great and spacious taking also into consideration our teens needs. My only recommendation is related to the breakfast served. Croissants could be fresh and not the ones in plastic bag with preservatives, the cereals could be in nice jars and not in the supermarket packaging, the cheese, ham and vegetables could be sliced better. This would improve the aesthetic of the buffet."
