Probably our favorite place we stayed at during our Maritime trip. We are a family of 6. Staff did our laundry and helped ensure everything was set up for our needs. Loved the location near the beach.
We stayed here for two nights and loved it! The cabin was super cozy and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The location is awesome, and the room was spotless. Definitely recommend this place for a chill getaway.
We had a wonderful stay at the cottage! The location is absolutely perfect with easy access to an isolated beach. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Our host was incredibly hospitable and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!
The cottage was ok. Unfinished with no door on the electrical box and stove wiring exposed.our neighboring cottage had no refrigerator. The landscaping was chaos. On a plus side the people there were super friendly and the cottage inside was very clean .
Everything is wonderful !The environment here is beautiful, close to the sea, clean and sanitary, only 1 km away from the lighthouse, and the famous Richard's lobster roll restaurant is within 1 km. The owner is very warm and friendly, and we are very grateful to the owner for giving us a thoughtful gift. We like it very much and have already booked to stay here next year!

I think that the owners just took possession in May. There are still a lots of things to clean up from the hurricane in 2022.
The location is perfect. Great view of the ocean. The staff were helpful. The cottage is older but clean. We would go back if for nothing else convenience if the location.

The cabin was covered in spiders. The deck was Dirty and covered in pine Needles. Overall, the cabinet was good.
Too expensive for what you get. Property and cottage are very dated. Cottage was clean inside but very untidy outside - need to sweep and clean outdoor furniture before clients arrive. Beds are old and saggy - not a great sleep. Walk to remote beach.

We were in #4. We had 2 nice couches and 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 had a queen bed and bedroom 2 had two double beds. Perfect for 3 adults. Nice beds and sheets/pillows and very comfortable. I slept very well both nights. Fans in the windows, no AC but no difficulty sleeping. There is a TV but we never did get it working. It would have been nice to have after a long day out sightseeing. I expect that none of the TVs worked in any of the cottages. The chairs on the deck were covered in pine needles. We had 2 old bbqs on our deck, but were told that one had a bees nest so not to use it. I think it should have been moved off the deck before our arrival but it stayed there our entire 2 night stay. Water/beach is across the road. The description on web states Bayview but that is deceiving as there is no view states a Bayview but that is misleading as there was no view at all. There was no management presence while we were there. We were the only guests for all the cottages for our first night and maybe 2 other cottages had guests the second night. There is a lot of work to be done on the outside ..very overgrown. We did not let this dampen our incredible PEI stay but would not stay again unless a lot of changes are made. We understand that there is new management that just took over June 30. We stayed July 11& 12. She has alot of work to do before we would stay again. To start take every vase of fake flowers out of the cottages, they only collect dust.We had 4 in our cabin.
This is a really great place to stay. We only had a few nights and we wished we could have stayed longer. The location and proximity to the beach and a bike/walk path right at the driveway is great. The cottages are renovated and they have full kitchen and bbqs if you’re interested in cooking for yourself. Even the beds were very comfortable and the place was super clean. This location at this price point is an incredible deal and we will definitley stay here again.

Though the outdoor space seems unorganized and cluttered, you can tell they really are trying to make something of the space. The location is excellent and in very close proximity to the beaches and a few restaurants. It was incredibly clean inside, just no frills. I would happily stay there again.

This cottage was in an ideal location close to our favourite beach, Ross Lane. The property surrounding the cottage is in fairly rough shape but I see that the team is working hard to improve things. The cottage was small but very clean and worked for us with a toddler and in-laws, since it was nice outside we didn’t need to spend much time inside.

Short trip
Considering it was offseason there was no one there working in the office even though it said someone is there. Any problems could not be addressed. The window would not lock. The room was cleaned. It was functional but a low budget remodel. Passable for an overnight stay.
There was nails sticking out in the doorways, also ceramic tile in the bathroom was all broke and sharp. Dishes were dirty and had to rewash. Don’t recommend at all was not happy after that much money for 2 nights

The property looks old/neglected before, but I think the new management or owner is working on it, but there’s a lot that needs to be done. We lose the hot water 2x, the main pipe breaks but they fixed it in the same day. No bedbugs but a lot of insects. Don’t expect much. Let’s say if you like camping this is something that you will be having but not in a tent. It's okay for us, but not sure for others.
The bed in the cottage was old and creaky and kept me up all night. The door to the bathroom wouldn't stay open, and the floors were uneven so we kept stummbling. There was no power and no water the first morning and when I went to find out what was happening, the front office was empty and there was a sign saying they had to go out and didn't give a time when they would return. There was garbage around the property that didnt get cleaned up until our last day. The owner was very nice and the location was great, but our experience was not the best.
The cabin was tiny and they claim to sleep 6. We had 5 in our party and it was so cramped. The bathroom had mold in it and was so small that the toilet was almost inaccessible. The windows dont open so there is no airflow and it was so hot. We were given fans but they didnt help. It smelt like cat urine and it was definitely the most uncomfortable place i have ever stayed. The booklet in the the cabin claimed it was located on the gulf of mexico and mentioned thay yhe decore was all arranged by a wolrd known artist and that just simply wasn't the case. I would not recommend this place to anyone
I recently stayed at this cottage and was quite disappointed with the experience. The property is noticeably outdated and rundown, with old, dirty furniture and unnecessary extra pieces cluttering the space. It made the stay uncomfortable and unpleasant, to the point where I honestly would have preferred to stay home.
The airflow in the cottage was poor, and the AC units didn't function properly, which made it hard to relax. Although there is new ownership, the cottage seems far from ready to host guests. It would be better to close for renovations before reopening for business.
The outside of the property also needs attention. The deck was rotting, and the patio furniture seemed as though it was sourced from the side of the road. The grounds were unkempt, with dead trees and an open garage filled with junk, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere that contributed to the overall sense of neglect.
Additionally, the cottage was advertised online as pet-friendly, which was a key reason for our booking. However, after staying for two days, we were informed by the staff that there was no pet policy, stating that the online information was outdated. This was inconvenient and stressful, especially since the staff was unkind, further diminishing our experience.
For the price charged, the stay was not worth it at all. The location is great, and the cottage has potential, but in its current state, I cannot recommend this property to anyone. It felt like a complete waste of money.
