Nothing serious, but unexpected in a pricey 4* Hotel. Same is true for the Sauna Area. Like the knobs to hang your bathrobe/towel are either gone, or super loose. Again, it does function and I had a few Sauna...
"Super schönes Hotel mit fast neuen Zimmern, bequemen Betten und technisch und architektonisch super durchdacht. Essen sowohl Abend im Bistro, als auch das Frühstücksbuffet haben bei uns voll gepunktet. Der Wellnessbereich ist groß genug, allerdings mit zu wenigen Liegen am Pool, was allerdings der Größe geschuldet ist. "Stayed for three nights in September 2024. Lovely rooms, very comfortable and good bathrooms. Those were the positives. The negatives were that the Como Bar (advertised as closing at 1am every day) was never open, there were never any staff in reception, there was a vending machine that served basic food and soft and alcoholic drinks but only took cash, the wifi password supplied on our invoice was blank but did not work, and when we emailed the hotel asking about the bar and wifi, they did not...

"Nice modern hotel which seems to focus mainly on business clientele due to its location just off the autobahn in an industrial \commercial area just outside town. Staff were very helpful and the multi-storey car park has paid EV chargers activated by your room card). Great crispy bacon and scrambled eggs for breakfast."

Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet. Auch die zentrale Lage, der gepflegte Wellnessbereich und der ruhige Schlafkomfort haben zu einem rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt beigetragen. Ich würde das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

"This was my second time staying here and I was quite disappointed. Immediately when coming in we noticed how there was only one chair in front of the TV, meaning that only one of us could sit there to watch it which is a strange set up as previously I had a sofa there for 2.
Moving on to the bathroom, although this was quite clean, the shower doors did not prevent any water leaking from the shower when in use. Every day we ended up with a big puddle outside the shower and then a soaking foot towel as the silicone at the bottom didn’t connect to the adjoining wall.
Finally, the noise. It is completely understandable that on the weekend noise levels may be slightly louder. However, I was not under the impression that we would be able to hear all of the music way into the night in addition to even being able to hear people inside of the bar underneath us. For the price that you pay to stay here, considering it is next to the Alex bar and above another one, some sound proofing wouldn’t be a bad idea."
