Easy and prompt check in and out. The hotel has an excelent location. It is very close to dinning and shopping options. It is a little dated, but is clean and comfortable. We'll stay here again.

I was skeptical due to the reviews but It was clean and the actual hotel smells great and the rooms were a good size and comfortable good stay for the price. There’s a store across the street and dining options walking distance. Very very quiet area and hotel. I enjoyed my stay would stay again.

Our room was difficult (near impossible) to find, we had to pay for overnight parking and there was no breakfast or any amenities included. The night staff that was working when we checked in were less than friendly. We will not be staying here again.

The worst hotel I ever stayed at in my life. I recommend nobody goes here. Save your time, spend the extra money. Unless you like blood stained sheets and towel. It was dry and looked like it’s been on it for 3-5 days. I have no cuts on my body or open wounds. Most importantly, no need to lie.

I was in the area for the whole week and my staying was ok, I had to switch rooms a few times do the different situations:- first time the heater wasn’t warming up; the second time I was for 2 nights in the second room but I asked to switch to a room with a 2 smaller beds because the king size bed was too uncomfortable, the condition of mattress was like a hole in the middle (I started to feel pain on my body/lower back; well!! Fir the third time the 2MESES was fine but I went to use the microwave there’s no microwave (I had to go down the entire hallway and the situation of the microwave little room was a disaster, not functional it all, not clean and also not well kept) so for this reason and no mirror in the room I asked to be switched to another room… this last room later on after work, shower I went put my cell phone to charge by side bed little table none of the outlets was working…It was very ANOYING but I was so tired of being switching rooms since the first night that I let it go. I did need another night to stay after work on Friday to be leaving on Saturday morning But the manager “Sharon” said it wasn’t possible because the hotel was sold out for the weekend… Yes! In my thinking she could be more considering. Overall speaking:- 1) the rooms were very clean(the housekeeping crew does very good job and they are very nice! 2) The front desk & staff very professional friendly and always prompt to help… GREAT JOB!!

Property was well maintained for the most part, not eveything is perfect but this one was pretty close for the price. Walking distance to a grocery store, Marshalls and Old Navy. Kids loved it , would definitely go back here.

My stay has been fine besides the fact i haven’t been able to watch TV for the 2 nights of my stay and wasn’t warned about the systems that were being fixed. That was the only inconvenience.

Check in took us through a 40 minute line or $75 for an early check in. Hair and and used soap in the bathroom and shower. Cold room. I made 4 phone calls to the front desk between the hours of 1:30 AM and 5 AM to complain about the party that was happening in the room next door to me. they did nothing about it. At 1 point the front desk said that they sent security up there. He said it was quiet which was absolutely insane because they were literally screaming and smoking cigarettes. I feel like this hotel puts up a really nice front in the lobby. But when you get to the rooms it's as good as the super eight motel. We love the Capitol Theater 20 min away but will NEVER stay here again.
