"Unser Aufenhatl im Alai Crete war hervorragend. Wir haben das Hotel bereits zum zweiten Mal besucht. Das Hotel wurde frisch renoviert und hat vor Kurzem wieder geöffnet. Die Zimmer sind alle neu, der Frühstücksbereich und die Pool Area, sowie die Hotel Lobby wurde alles renoviert. Es sieht sehr hochwertig und elegant aus. "Die Hotelanlage ist in einem tadellosen Zustand. Alles ist sehr sauber und sehr gut gepflegt. Das Personal ist jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Essen war immer sehr umfangreich und sehr abwechslungsreich. Die Buffetauswahl war riesig und täglich gab es unterschiedliche Themenabende. Am Tage gab es immer ein Programm für jung und alt, sowie am Abend ein Unterhaltungsprogramm mit Musik, Akrobaten und Show. "Brilliant resort, well catered for everyone with kids and for those who love sports. Food on ala carte restaurants is amazing and very good quality. Waterpark is brilliant and there are plenty of pool optipns so it doenst feel crowded. The only downsides are: 1. the beach is small and it gets busy quickly..Also, it is sandy beach, but half way through the water, there are large sharp stones at the bottom so you need to be careful. 2. "Our room was spotless and was cleaned daily by efficient & polite staff. The entire staff were very professional and very easy to deal with. The morning breakfast was fantastic with lots of choices. We stayed there for three nights and enjoyed our stay very much. "
