This is a different type of hotel. The setting is like an apartment courtyard. Not too many extras. It is very nice with plenty of parking. The office is only manned during daytime hours so if you are a late arrival you need to make arraignments. The room itself is excellent. Has a living area, kitchen area microwave, toaster, stove, fridge, dishes ect. Has a spacious bathroom and a nice bedroom. Note that housekeeping is weekly vice daily and that includes fresh towels. We only had a 2 night stay so that was not an issue. They say there is washing machines/dryers but we did not check them out. Our room was handicap and had plenty of grab bars but they do not have walk in showers so you will have to be able to navigate over an 18" tub wall. The manager Lisa was extremely professional and very polite. She says they have a few shower chairs should you need but we had brought our own. Overall a very nice stay with professional/helpful staff. Easy on the budget and a good nights sleep in a quiet/safe area. Thank you.

Check in and check out a breeze. Did both while office was closed. Huge room and comfortable bed. Everyone and everything excellent. Only improvement might be to provide complimentary coffee packs in room for each day of stay. No biggie though. Thank you!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The value is phenomenal for the price - a living room, kitchenette including a stovetop and oven and then a separate bedroom. The room was very clean, front desk very polite and helpful, and location is right near route 1 but far enough from the highway to be quiet and secluded. Highly recommend.

Lots to like: we'd come here again!
If I could give them 4.5 stars, that would be more accurate. The location is superb. Quite. Nicely situated. Room (a one bedroom apartment) was plain, but well taken care of with plenty of comfort. 1. Apartment is a fully contained. You could actually live in it. Comfortable front room. Workable kitchen--the fridge and range are full sized. Everything worked well. 2. Hall leads to a bathroom & ends at the bedroom. 3. Bath has one sink but the room is not crowded and impeccably clean. Good counter space. 4. Bedroom has a real closet, and not tiny. We were in room 239, on the end. The bedroom has two windows on two walls. Two dressers! Plenty of drawer space for clothing & accessories. And a desk. There is a king bed in this room. I would recommend a queen in this room. Room is a couple feet shorter than others so the bed is flanked all the way to the wall on one side. Gives lots of room on the side with another window & closet but means there is no bedside table on the other side and you have to climb into bed on that side. 5. There is a large screen tv in the living room and the bedroom. 6. A peninsula bar seperates the kitchen and living room. It could fit 4 people quite easily. The manager is professional and responsive. We couldnt get the blinds on one window to lower. We called her at 10pm and she came right up with a smile and without complaint. (She got the blind down with the flick of her hand too.) Location beats everything else.

Great place to stay
The room was really spacious which made it feel less like a hotel room and more like a small apartment. Like new laminate wood grain tile and granite counter tops topped it off. Could have used a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, but we managed.

Property was very clean. Had an issue with the toilet but was moved to another room right away. The only other issue was that the walls seemed to be "paper" thin. We could hear our neighbor singing when he came in at 3:00 am. When we advised management of the issue she again accommodated us by moving us to another room. Management was great.

We absolutely LOVED everything about the property. We were able to really spread out and use the layout for our small business operation while we were up in the NOVA area. The kitchen was a wonderful bonus and everything was spotless. The area was very quiet yet convenient to the major highways. We are up at least 4 times a year and plan to always stay with y’all!

The conditions of the property were outstanding. However the manager is aloof and is probably a relative of the regional manager that needed a job. She was completely unprofessional and could not distinguish a "pet" from a trained "Psychiatric Service Animal" and made me change rooms because of the unlikely event that my "Dog" may micturate in their room? Furthermore that if her manager found out that an animal was in the room she would be in trouble. She also further tried to put the blame on me saying that I didnt mention I had a "Dog". As a disabled vet I am abhorred at her lack of distinction of what is a pet or service animal. Overall I would not stay at this location ever again. Trash

Even though dogs can be service animals, we do place them in our designated pet rooms due to many guests being allergic to dogs and we want to ensure all of our guests are comfortable. We apologize for initially putting you in a regular guest room as we usually are notified when guests bring their dog. Confirmation sent on September 3 outlined this request to notify us if brining a dog. We thank you for your understanding and hope you will be able to join us again in the future.
