"Unfortunately, the property did not meet reasonable cleanliness or maintenance standards. On arrival, the oven and hob were visibly dirty with grease and residue, and the kitchen overall did not appear to have been properly cleaned. There was no bin provided anywhere in the property, only loose bin bags left for guests to manage waste themselves. The bathroom showed visible mould around the shower area. "Wonderful as always. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The A/C worked brilliantly and kept the room cool over a very hot weekend. The pool, hot tub, sauna and steam were great. Lovely and clean and never overcrowded. Very relaxing. Couldn’t get a better location in Birmingham for access to Broad Street and the Bullring. Lovely to be able to walk everywhere. We always park at a car park 5 mins walk away as it’s only £8 for 24 hours."

"Perhaps now looking a bit tired here and there, it still emerges as a great place to stay. The rooms are a good size, air-conditioned (ours was noisy, though) and with a bath, unusual nowadays. The pool is fantastic and very welcome in the hot weather. Good breakfast. Helpful staff."
