"We spent 3 nights at the property and were pleased from check in to check out. We chose this property mainly because of the spa access. You pay a little extra for the spa package but it is well worth it. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful with all my questions. The room was large and well appointed. The breakfast was great. We are already planning a return trip for next year."

"This hotel doesn't really have a front desk. All communication is through WhatsApp. The design is such that you hear everything, so it can be rather noisy. There are some individuals that seem to be long term residents and hangout in front of the hotel drinking and smoking. Some rooms have extremely small bathrooms that makes it hard to get in and out.
