"Wir haben dieses Hotel gebucht, weil das Frühstück auf der Homepage als sehr außergewöhnlich mit viel Auswahl und hervorragenden Produkten hervorgehoben wurde. Leider gab es dann vor Ort lediglich Croissants, Muffins und Kaffee, was absolut nichts mit der Beschreibung zu tun hatte. Sehr enttäuschend!!! Wir sind dann woanders zum Frühstücken hingegangen. Ich würde nicht mehr kommen!!! Zimmer waren soweit ok, aber nichts Besonderes."

The second day we went out of the building and the closed their reception desk in the afternoon and we were locked out of the hotel for four hours. The response for Anne was "I had a bad day".
