"The restaurant and bar were very good. The food service and cleaning service were very good. The hotel overall was well kept and had great views of Kingstown. The front desk unfortunately was not helpful at all. They weren’t helpful in providing information about the island, tours, or church service times. "

"There is no elevator in this hotel and that is not advertised at all, but should be. After being told at check in that we would be moved the following morning to a first floor since a member of our family could hardly walk up and down the steps, that did not happen. There was a lot of steps to walk down to get to the ocean, however, once there, the view was amazing. "This was an amazing first time stay in Saint Vincent, and me and my family were treated like royalty. I booked the presidential suite for one week and it was everything I expected and more. The hotel is situated right next to a small grocery store which makes buying the small things very convenient. The room is very spacious and entertaining and the balcony has a great view, with a lot of breeze. The food at the restaurant was amazing and I mean all of it.
