Hotel Keluarga di St. Thomas

"Paid for an ocean view and received a marina view which is partial. I was given a key and someone's had their things in the room. Went back and was given a room 2 doors down ,Still not an ocean view& Was told the hotel was booked for the night and I could be moved by 2pm next day. The next day I was moved to the seacliff tower ,over the pool and the room smelled like spilled coffee in the restroom, dirty towels, long strands of hair on the floor.
