"Very simple rooms, showing their age. However, the views and ambiance were incredible. Staff is very friendly, and the on-site restaurant served an excellent dinner and breakfast. We'd definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel is a nice hotel with a lot of steps. The room was nice but a little worn down with a window air conditioner, but it worked. The breakfast is included and that was good, great staff is super nice. I would come here again."

"We where moved due to air conditioner not working. Next room was better but still not great.. house keeping didnt come daily so we had to consistently call or go down to the lobby for towels or toilet paper. Nothing was open on the property like advertised. Which really killed our excitement because seemed like so much to do when booking. Pool was always kept at great temperature. The hotel was always kept very clean and I felt very safe there with the security walking around and the gates only opening when going in and out. Overall this was a nice hotel. I do recommend it. Its in a great part of town where you can walk everywhere and the view of the ocean is absolutely beautiful."

"For starters i need to give a huge shoutout to the staff!!! When i say everyone was welcoming and friendly, i mean it! These people made my stay a breeze! Kyisha, Nicky, Chantel, and Iyanna literally went above and beyond with over the top customer service! & Eric was also a pleasure, he was driving the golf carts & also went above and beyond for me during my stay! Each and every last person mentioned deserves a raise!!! They made my stay smooth & unforgettable. The room was nice and big & spotless! Very Clean. The view from my room was amazing you could see the beach from my door. I liked that a lot. The outdoor main pool was beautiful not too packed while i was there. They also did trivia there and a lot of different things. That definitely made my stay much more fun!!! I recommend Margaritaville if you’re looking for great customer service and a lot of daily activities. A great view from the room and great food and drinks at Margaritaville restaurant."

"The views from the hotel are beautiful! I’d stay here again just to sit on the balcony and watch the boats each morning. I really enjoyed the landscaping. You almost feel like you’re in a treehouse and not right in the city. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Water pressure was great, cleanliness was great, a/c was great! The only con and it’s more of an FYI than a con is that this hotel has a lot of stairs, so take that into consideration if you have any mobility issues."
