We had a wonderful stay at The Driftwood Inn. The staff were friendly, approachable and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Definitely worth booking a sea view room, we sat and watched the waves crashing and listened to the sea - very relaxing. We will definitely stay again.

Excellent breakfast. Great views. The Driftwood is just on the other side of the road from the sea. Convenient bus route all around the island.

Very clean, good restaurant but most of all the staff were fantastic, In particular, Richard. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Driftwood is like a home to us and we continue visiting Driftwood. We love it. Continental breakfast and Full English Breakfast is provided with plenty of tea, coffee and juices. Dining is excellent and the car park is always full of visitors dining at their restaurant. The room were clean, Staff always obliging ie. Richard, Paul, & Eunice however busy they are. The owner has chosen the right calibre of people, who are hard working, cheerful, nothing is too much for them Although, the owner, is away ill, Driftwood is managed very well. A happy recovery. Well done Jamie for all your hard work. Richard is standing in for Jamie and it's amazing how much hands on is being managed by Richard. Well done Richard. Thank you Driftwood Team for all your hard work and effort in making our stay most enjoyable, homley and utterly pleasant. We would not hesitate in recommending Driftwood. Parking is ample, staff extremely pleasant and location is unbelievable. The staff take a personal interest in helping at Driftwood.

Car park at the front of the hotel no issues plenty of spaces the staff in reception and bar area were superb. Very helpful and accommodating our room was clean but tired the bathroom was very old fashioned and the mirror light was not working and the light in the ceiling was very old fashioned

Staff were so friendly (praise to Richard) and the food was delicious. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel which we used to take us to St Peter Port and the airport. Vazon and other beautiful bays within walking distance.

The hotel was lovely unfortunately just dated mainly bathrooms, but I believe due for little refurbished soon. They went above & beyond to cater for your needs. Sea view location is perfect & met many nice people during our stay! Bus routes outside hotel if you don’t rent or bring your car.

Great stay at the Driftwood Inn

A one week stay. Breakfast was excellent and the menu choices for dinner were very good and exceptional value for money. Staff were very accommodating in the Bistro and reception and went out of their way to look after us. We received a warm welcome on arrival and were given a tour of the facilities. The owner very kindly allowed us to swap rooms for a sea view for part of our stay, as these were full when we originally booked. The location is good and it’s very easy to tour the island with a bus stop outside. There is a convenient Morrisons next door selling sandwiches etc for packed lunch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Driftwood Inn and would recommend it to others.

Very lovely location with good choice of food onsite. Breakfast had a lot of choice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was a little tired and not very soundproof as was kept awake by the neighbours snoring and TV.

The room was nicely presented and very clean. The wall to the next room was not sound proof and their television could be heard at times. The breakfast and evening dining both offered a nice choice of menu. I enjoyed my meals very much indeed. All the staff were friendly and attentive to guests needs. I would stay here again.

The hotel was perfectly acceptable, although the bathrooms could do with a little updating. The hotel is a little remote for access to major sights, but as the island is small and the bus service is so reliable and cheap, this was easily remedied. All the staff were friendly and very helpful and the food and overall service were exceptional. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel in a lovely location. Staff were all excellent and extremely helpful, rooms very comfortable and well furnished, we also had a beautiful sea view. Breakfast and Bistro/Bar food very nice. Only negative was the shower which had very poor pressure, and the bathroom itself didn't meet the quality of the rest of the hotel, but I would imagine they are due a makeover as every other area has had. But didn't change our overall positive view and would definitely stay again if visiting Guernsey.

Very enjoyable stay

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone. It is in a great location. The hotel and room was clean. Although the TV channels in the room was limited there was a large TV in the bar showing live football when on. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much for them. Special mention to Richard the assistant manager.
