Upon entering our room, the toilet had urine in it, and when we went to take a shower to head out for the evening, there was no hot water. "Everyone was kind and helpful and the room was clean. The location to downtown and to the Jannus live venue was perfect. Within a 5 minute walk. They were kind to my emotional support animals and I had free parking right next to the hotel. They said they had just reopened so the couple of things like the elevator not working ( got my steps in) and my shower being cold (was refreshing after dancing all night) were the only downsides. For one night and being a historic location, it was a great stay.😊"
