I recently stayed at Sirata Beach Resort and, unfortunately, my experience was mixed. While the staff was good and friendly, doing their best to assist with any concerns, the resort itself left a lot to be desired.
First, the property is still under construction, which made for a noisy and somewhat chaotic environment. This wasn’t mentioned during booking, so it was a disappointing surprise.
The room was also not up to par. The sheets were wet when we arrived. On top of that, the mattresses were not comfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. There were no hooks in the bathroom to hang the towels.
Another frustration was the parking situation. There is no free parking—you have to pay $25 plus tax per day, which adds up quickly if you're staying more than a night or two.
Overall, the staff tried to make the experience pleasant, but the condition of the resort and additional costs made it hard to justify the stay. I hope management addresses these issues soon.
