"This hotel is right in the centre of Bern and in a refurbished old building. Its very clean and new inside. The rooms are small but are as advertised (Cozy) and have plenty of nice touches to make them functionable. We only stayed one night. The 'common areas' offer a social space with tea making and a communal kitchen to use if needed. The reception is on the 1st floor so an elevator or stairs is needed to reach it. We stayed in July when the weather was exceptionally hot and the air conditioning was adequate. This place offers good value for money, overall we were very satisfied."

"Our room was all the way up top of the hotel. During the time of our stay, the weather was really hot. When we checked in, the room felt like we're in the sauna. There was no air conditioning, but there's a ceiling fan and a small desk fan. We had plans to do some sightseeing anyway so we were just hoping it'd cool down when we get back in the evening. And it did. We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The bed was comfortable as well. We'll definitely stay here again if we're visiting this town sometime in the future."
