"Very clean, great stay for the price"

"For what you’re paying, this stay just isn’t worth it. The lobby is gorgeous, but the rooms are definitely in need of an upgrade. The amenities also felt very bare minimum especially in 2026, not having access to streaming services on the TV is honestly absurd. I really had high hopes for this hotel, but unfortunately I wouldn’t book here again."

"While 50% of the facility is currently under renovation, the updates should be a great improvement once completed. Unfortunately, the restaurant, which is privately owned, was a major disappointment in terms of customer service. Wait times were extremely long — even for something as simple as a cup of coffee — and our takeout order was completely incorrect. To the hotel’s credit, they handled the situation very well and refunded us for all of the restaurant-related issues. The hotel itself was otherwise very good: the location was excellent, the area felt safe, and public transportation nearby was convenient and easy to use."

"The staff was awesome super friendly and all smiles. Very helpful when asking for place to go in the area for dinner. The rooms were nice and bathrooms were update probably not long ago. For the money a great hotel. It was a last minute for me to book. The White House was not but a half mile walk with a ton of restaurants close by. "

"Its a quaint smaller boutique hotel, a fancy entrance with doorman and walking distance to the Mall. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and we were upgraded to a “suite” without asking. The hotel has that older style, with a darker color scheme. We had an entry hall, sitting room, bedroom and a smaller bathroom. Not much counter space for toiletries and NO FULL LENGTH MIRROR, although there was plenty of wall space for one. The bed and sheets were clean and comfy and the heat/ac worked great. Would definitely stay here again! Location was great!"
