"I would stay again.good staff, great location and near bus route into Belfast"

"As soon as we walked through the door, we knew we made the right choice. The restaurant/bar area was beautiful and cozy. The hotel staff was welcoming. Our room was nicely decorated, and the bay window view of the sea was gorgeous. I will stay at the Avoca any time that I return to Newcastle."

Rooms and bathrooms were clean. The swimming pool was very poor paint peeling, rust around units on the walls. The steam room and sauna not very inviting."

"Good hotel with quality views from the bedroom and super breakfast will be returning soon"

The Staff: The customer service here is unmatched - polite, welcoming, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. The Spa & Hot...
