"Very nice hotel staff very welcoming, bar staff were lovely and attentive, my only criticism would be the room carpet had alot of what looked like coffee or tea stains on the carpet which was a bit off putting and a steam clean should be done."

"Very good as usual, room and facilities clean and high spec. Not a lot of entertainment in the area, as expected, but travel into town on the nearby U1/2 bus is very handy and cheap. I just wish the lifts were closer to the rooms I've had :)"
