Badrutt’s Palace Hotel continuously invests into the different areas of the hotel: be it guest rooms, our public areas including the restaurants or the wellness area. In the last 10 years over CHF 150 Million have been devoted to refurbishment projects. Thus, we are sorry to hear that you could not enjoy your stay at our hotel and we didn’t meet your expectations regarding room facilities and our staff.
