The room was like an apartment it was super nice and perfect for family with 2 adults 2 kids. The basketball court was super cool and pool very nice and clean! Breakfast had a good variety of options and was yummy and hot!

Very nice, big rooms! We love staying there when we’re seeing a concert at The Factory. Great area to spend the day and all within walking distance.

Perfect if you like dim lights
Everything about the place was perfect. We came for a concert at the factory. It was close enough to walk if you want to but we did choose to drive. My only complaint was that the room was very dimly lit. I know it's a style choice but at least give me a bright light in the bathroom so I can see to do my makeup.

Good size clean room. An ok bed. Only complaint is the shower is one of those with just a glass half wall and water splashes out all over the floor. Had to use way more towels than need to dry up the floor

Good stay
Hotel was clean. Carpets could’ve been vacuumed better, especially in the hallways. But room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast was pretty good with good options. I would stay again.

What a fantastic place - very comfortable room - great amenities especially the pool and fitness center - excellent breakfast ( really enjoyed the daily fresh fruit!) Felt welcome by the staff all week!

Overall seemed clean and renovated. Breakfast was very good, one of the best we’ve had in a hotel. However, my family got a room with a sofa, and the sofa mattress was awful- mattress springs are just getting into your back when you lie down on it - very-very uncomfortable. The check-in process took a while, and there was a big bug in the room when we arrived.

Nice and Comfortable
It was fine. There were a few issues with the room but the staff was polite, friendly, and attentive. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a nice variety. All good.

Easy walk to The Factory Venue. Top Golf is right next door. The hotel was very Clean and the Staff was Super Friendly and check in was fast and easy. Is a very nice hotel with plenty to do in the hotel as well. Nice fire pit on the patio to sit around and enjoy the night time
